Do I need to register to make a purchase?


No you do not have to register, however, we will send you updates as and when new products become available Plus we will be sending you all our special offers so you don't miss the bargains!




Are my card details safe?


Definately, you can pay by Paypal or Square, both services are 100% secure using encryption. UK Pantry does not have access to any card details and nothing is stored




Can I add to an order once it has been placed?


Of course you can! As long as we haven't sent out your current order - Just drop us an email and we will invoice you for the additional items No Problem




Can I purchase alcohol at UK Pantry?


Unfortunately we do not have a license to sell alcohol and the implications of doing so generates hefty fines and even prison sentences for UK Pantry It is something we may look at obtaining if the interest is there, so send us an email if it's something you would like to see.




If I purchase chocolate to a hot country, will it be okay?


Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that chocolate will be safe during transit to hot climates. Therefore we cannot guarantee that it will arrive as it was despatced. Unfortunately chocolate is purchased at your own risk




What if I can't find an item I am looking for?


Simply fill in the 'Contact Us' form on the website and if we don't have it on our website we will get back to you with options and add it to our site so you can complete your order




What are delivery costs?


We use UPS for shipping and the courier charge is calculated by weight, at any time during your shopping you can see an estimate of your shopping cost so that you can see if the delivery price is outside your budget, but don't worry we have great rates with UPS NB We cannot deliver chilled items to Spain and Portugal but this is something we hope to offer in 2019




I would like to order an item from Brittany Butterfly also, how do I do this?


Simply browse the website at Brittany Butterfly and email us your item details and we will manually add them to your UK Pantry order so that it can be included in your postage rates. We will be streamling and integrating Brittany Butterfly in the near future




Chilled Food Delivery Information


We ship chilled food on Monday, Tuesdays and Wednesdays ONLY to avoid delays at the weekends - we use UPS and they deliver in 48 hours from leaving UK Pantry NB We cannot send chiled items to Spain and Portugal but this is something we hope to introduce soon We only ship chilled items on MONDAY & TUESDAY to ensure that they are received within 48 hours of leaving UK Pantry, therefore the cut off for chilled is the previous Friday to enable us to prepare your order




How are my chilled products packaged?


We can deliver your chilled products alongside you normal shopping as these are insulated in a Thermapac Insulated Ultrasystem bag. Inside the insulated bag we use Thermapac chilling blocks to ensure that your food is kept chilled all the way.
