Cooking instructions: General
For best results do not pierce sausages. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked before consuming, For best cooking result grill or fry.
Grill: From Chilled
Set temperature to a medium heat and grill for approximately 12 minutes, turning occasionally.
Oven cook: From Chilled
Place sausages on a baking tray in the centre of a preheated oven at 180°C, 350°F, Gas Mark 4 for 20-25 minutes turning occasionally. For fan assisted ovens adjust cooking times according to manufacturer's handbook. Make sure the product is piping hot before serving.
Shallow fry: From Chilled
Shallow fry over a medium heat for approximately 12 minutes, turning occasionally.
Keep chilled 0°C to 5°C. Ideal for home freezing. Freeze on day of purchase. Use within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly in refrigerator before use and cook within 24 hours of defrosting. Once defrosted, do not refreeze.
