I sometimes make a stuffing loaf by filling a big, greased baking dish with the prepared stuffing. Just slice into portions and serve.
My stuffing mix is lovely as a topping for meat or vegetable bakes and gratins.
It even makes a nice, herby crumb coating for chicken or turkey goujons. I like that word 'goujons'.
